Remember the name Happy Harry? Probably not. Six years after Walgreens acquired Delaware’s leading drug chain, the Happy Harry’s logo has disappeared, never to be seen again. Twenty-four years after Harry Levin, Happy Harry’s founder and namesake, passed away, only the very few remember him — and only the very lucky could claim to have known him. The Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act provides a greater degree of certainty for retail pharmacy operators and other health care providers, but it is far from the final word on the legislation’s ultimate impact.
