Retail News Breaks Archives Walgreen Co. has completed its acquisition of 31 Drug Fair stores in central and western New Jersey. Walgreen Co. and some of its largest pharmaceutical suppliers recently held a one-day event designed to leverage their relationships with minority- and women-owned businesses. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is testing a program in which it will offer a 90-day supply of certain generic prescriptions for $10 via free mail delivery.
