Acosta Group honored with two Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards

Acosta Group emphasized that the awards are not just a company achievement but a team win.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Acosta Group has been recognized with two Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards from Brandon Hall Group, underscoring the company’s commitment to developing future leaders and elevating executive talent.

The company earned the Gold Award in Talent Management and the Bronze Award in Leadership Development, joining a prestigious group of organizations recognized for advancing innovative, high-impact programs in human capital management. Winners were selected by a panel of independent senior industry experts.

Gold Award in Talent Management: “Talent Chess”

Acosta’s top recognition in Talent Management celebrates its “Talent Chess” program, which redefines how the company identifies and cultivates high-potential associates. Rather than focusing narrowly on immediate team needs, the initiative encourages leaders to think strategically, identify transferable skills, and create cross-functional growth opportunities that benefit the entire organization. The approach ensures that emerging talent gains experience in new areas while strengthening the organization as a whole.

“This recognition tells us we’re delivering on our promise to empower tomorrow’s leaders today,” the company said in a statement.

Bronze Award in Leadership Development: Executive Excellence

Acosta also received a Bronze Award for its Executive Excellence Program, a mandatory, six-month leadership development experience for all VP+ leaders. The program emphasizes hands-on coaching, real-world business challenges, and skills designed to help executives inspire teams, drive innovation, and adapt to global business challenges.

Investing in People, Shaping the Future

As Marie Findlay, SVP, Talent & Insights, puts it, “Huge thanks to the incredible team who made this possible, and especially Kristina Kaidanovich, Senior Director of Talent, Learning & Leadership. Without her creativity and ability to turn bold ideas into reality, these programs wouldn’t exist—she truly inspires me and many others daily.”

Acosta Group emphasized that the awards are not just a company achievement but a team win, celebrating collaboration across its Talent & Learning Development teams, HR partners, and program participants.

The recognition highlights Acosta’s continued investment in building an inclusive, growth-focused culture while shaping the future of leadership in the retail and consumer goods industries.
