Aquaphor partners with TV celebrity Brooke Burke

WILTON, Conn. — Beiersdorf Inc. brand Aquaphor has teamed up with actress and television celebrity Brooke Burke.

Beiersdorf said Wednesday that under the partnership, Burke will collaborate with Aquaphor to produce original video content on her YouTube channel, ModernMom, which is part of the Kin Community network, YouTube’s No. 1 network for women.

Over six episodes, Burke — a TV host, entrepreneur, fashion designer and celebrity mom — will share 18 of her tips and tricks in using Aquaphor. The first three episodes are available now at YouTube.com/ModernMom, and additional episodes are scheduled to air in January 2015.

"We’re excited to partner with Brooke to showcase some of the unknown uses of the fan-favorite product," commented Carole Rissmann, vice president of marketing at Beiersdorf Inc. "We find that our fans, especially busy moms, use Aquaphor in so many different ways, and that’s something worth celebrating."

For nearly 90 years, the multipurpose Aquaphor ointment has been a go-to solution for family skin care needs, from healing minor cuts and scrapes to soothing babies’ diaper rash.

"As a working mom, I have a lot on my plate, and trying to balance my family’s needs with my own can be overwhelming," Burke said in a statement. "That’s why when I find one product that’s really versatile, it’s like gold. And now I want to share it with busy moms who find themselves in a similar situation."
