PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Attitude Drinks, creator of the Phase III Recovery exercise recovery aid, has inked a distribution agreement with Walgreens in Florida.
The beverage development company said Tuesday that under the deal, the Phase III Recovery brand will be distributed to Walgreens’ more than 800 drug stores in Florida.
According to Attitude Drinks, Phase III Recovery is a pure milk recovery drink that exploits recent scientific evidence confirming the benefits of milk and protein as an exercise recovery aid.
The company noted that Walgreens’ decision to carry the recovery beverage reflects the chain’s strategy for its stores to become "health and daily living" destinations.
"The introduction of Phase III into the authorized Walgreens locations throughout the state of Florida is a great indicator of brand growth and reception within the beverage community," commented Roy Warren, chief executive officer of Attitude Drinks.
