Ahold, Delhaize: Merger may close this month

Blistex acquires TUCKS brand
Blistex Inc. has purchased the TUCKS brand of over-the-counter rectal medications from Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. Financial terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed. Blistex said Monday that the deal includes the TUCKS businesses in North America as well as international trademark rights.
