SHELTON, Conn. — Energizer Personal Care has launched Banana Boat Protect & Hydrate and Banana Boat Sport Performance CoolZone sunscreen lotions.
The company said Wednesday that Banana Boat Protect & Hydrate is a two-in-one formula that keep skins 100% hydrated for moisture that lasts all day while providing a broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen that protects against sunburn, damaging UV rays and the effects of skin aging.
Protect & Hydrate’s fragrance-free, lightweight formula is designed for everyday use and provides soothing aloe vera and antioxidant vitamins C and E to leave skin feeling soft and looking healthy, according to Energizer.
Meanwhile, Banana Boat Sport Performance CoolZone is formulated to instantly cool and refresh skin on contact. With a crisp, clean scent, the sunscreen lotion provides broad-spectrum SPF 30 and 50, water-resistant (80 minutes) protection. Also available in a continuous spray, the sunscreen features advanced technology to help prevent sunburn and skin damage while delivering quick absorption and a nongreasy feel.
