LINTHICUM, Md. — CARE Pharmacies recently announced the promotion of Wafaa Berrady to the position of Chief Financial Officer. With the promotion, Berrady will oversee all aspects of the cooperative’s financial operations, including strategic planning, financial forecasting, and risk management.

Berrady holds an MBA Degree from the University of Maryland and currently serves on several committees and advisory boards. “To be chosen to serve in this capacity, is the highest of honors,” she said. “My focus will be on helping all CARE Pharmacy members improve the lives of the patients they serve, and to add to the rich history of CARE Pharmacies being a dynamic, high-touch, quality care provider.”
