WASHINGTON – The Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) will hold its 2019 Regulatory, Scientific & Quality Conference (RSQ), May 21 to 22 in North Bethesda, Md. to discuss key regulatory, scientific, quality, and legal issues impacting the consumer healthcare products industry, such as incorporating new technologies, innovative ways of thinking, and regulatory developments to advance consumer self-care.
The annual, two-day event covers a range of important topics affecting the OTC marketplace with sessions comprised of panelists from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), U.S. Pharmacopeia Convention (USP), industry, and academia. Among this year’s featured speakers are FDA officials including Lauren Silvis, chief of staff, and Rear Admiral Denise Hinton, chief scientist.
