WASHINGTON – The Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) thanked U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D, Pa.) and U.S. Representatives Brendan Boyle (D, Pa.), Ashley Hinson (R, Iowa), and Bob Latta (R, Ohio) this week for their steadfast commitment to a healthy America and strong self-care industry. The June 20 event was held inside the Kennedy Caucus Room on Capitol Hill and was also attended by CHPA’s corporate members, Board of Directors, stakeholders, and other supporters.

“It was an honor to be in this beautiful and historic setting to celebrate the close relationship our industry has developed with lawmakers throughout our association’s history,” said CHPA President and CEO Scott Melville, “and to reaffirm our mutual commitment to a healthy America. I’d like to give a special thank you to our congressional self-care champions who attended this week’s event and recognize their fierce leadership on the healthcare issues that are important to CHPA and our members. Their efforts have helped the self-care industry make tremendous contributions on behalf of America’s consumers, and CHPA looks forward to continuing to work together.”
