COLUMBIA, Md. — Ermis Labs has landed distribution of its CoralActives acne treatment line with Kinney Drugs.

The company said Tuesday that Kinney, which has 91 drug stores in upstate New York and Vermont, is now carrying CoralActives’ Complete Acne Therapy System, including CoralActives Retinol Exfoliating Cleanser, CoralActives 6% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Serum Gel (for mild to moderate acne), CoralActives 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Cleansing Bar and CoralActives Moisturizer for Acne-Prone Skin.
According to Ermis Labs, CoralActives acne products provide effective results with two simple steps that are well-tolerated on the skin and include a renewable ingredient intended to help reduce redness and irritation: Sea Whip Extract.
The Retinol Exfoliating Cleanser promotes good skin health for all skin types, Ermis Labs said, preparing the skin to receive the Penetrating Acne Serum Gel, which has benzoyl peroxide to kill bacteria, Sea Whip Extract to alleviate inflamed skin, humectants to attract water from the atmosphere onto the skin and emollients to retain the moisture on skin. The cleanser and serum also come in a combo kit.
Meanwhile, CoralActives’ Acne Cleansing Bar, with 10% benzoyl peroxide, is designed to treat acne on the chest, back, shoulder and buttocks. It also contains coconut oil, vitamins A and E, and shea butter. And the CoralActives’ moisturizer is formulated with a blend of natural ingredients to help fight acne as moisturize skin.
