MARYVILLE, Tenn. — DenTek has introduced the Scrub Betweens Dental Pick to help consumers take the fight to gum disease.
The oral care products company said Thursday that the new Scrub Betweens are the only soft-scrubbing dental pick with thousands of microbristles for thorough cleaning.
Scrub Betweens’ micro toothbrush-like scrubbing tip is designed to glide gently between teeth — including hard-to-reach back teeth — to make it easier to remove food particles and reduce plaque buildup, which can lead to tooth decay and gum disease, according to DenTek.
Besides general flossing, the Scrub Betweens dental picks can be used with braces, bridges and any spot that’s difficult to reach. The soft tip for flossing also makes Scrub Betweens comfortable for sensitive teeth, and the carrying case makes them easy for flossing on the go, the company added.
