CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Dollar Tree has named Jocelyn Konrad as executive vice president and chief retail officer, promoting the veteran retail leader to oversee store operations at the company’s more than 9,200 locations nationwide.
Konrad, who joined Dollar Tree in 2023, announced the promotion in a LinkedIn post, crediting store associates and field teams for driving the “MAGIC of Dollar Tree” in communities across the country. She thanked field leadership and support teams for their focus on simplifying store execution, and the company’s asset protection organization for maintaining a “safety first, safety always” culture across the fleet.
As chief retail officer, Konrad is expected to continue sharpening operational discipline, store standards, and frontline engagement at a time when value-focused retailers are competing aggressively for traffic. Her promotion highlights Dollar Tree’s focus on store-level execution and team culture as key drivers heading into 2026.
In her new role, she will focus on delivering what she described as “The X Factor” across Dollar Tree’s national store base.
