RONKONKOMA, N.Y. – Nature’s Bounty Co. announced that Don Kerrigan has joined the company as president, North America. In this role, he will lead the company’s marketing, sales, and e-commerce strategies across key markets and channels, generating transformational brand growth across the North American business.

He is a CPG industry veteran with more than 25 years in leadership roles across sales, marketing, and management. He joins The Nature’s Bounty Co. from Bayer Consumer Health, where he was senior vice president, chief customer officer, for U.S. sales.
At Bayer, Kerrigan led the effective transformation of the U.S. Sales organization, including the creation of a fully integrated e-commerce team. Prior to Bayer, he held several leadership roles at Pfizer Consumer Health (formerly Wyeth) where he was responsible for driving growth and successfully commercializing and launching many of the Company’s well-known consumer brands, including the switch of Nexium from prescription to over the counter.
