LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Product sampling for Balm Innovations’ Omnibalm 13% Tea Tree Oil Skin Relief Cream is being held this week at select Duane Reade drug stores in New York City.

The company said that from June 3 to 5, customers at 20 Duane Reade stores in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens can receive samples of the cream while supplies last.

Omnibalm Skin Relief Cream is a multipurpose topical that "works on everything that ails your skin from head to toe," including sunburn, bug bites, dry and cracked skin, minor burns, cold sores, poison ivy, and even tired and sore feet, according to Little Rock, Ark.-based Balm Innovations.

Made of a clinically proven skin protectant and 13% of the highest-quality Tea Tree Oil available, Omnibalm Skin Relief Cream combines numerous medicine cabinet remedies into one tube, the company noted. Tea Tree Oil, native to Australia, is recognized as a natural first aid alternative for its antiseptic, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties.

Omnibalm Skin Relief Cream, which retails for $12.99, is located in the first aid section of all 258 Duane Reade stores. During June, Duane Reade shoppers also can take advantage of a $3 in-store discount.

"We are pleased to partner with Duane Reade to offer one of the most powerful Tea Tree Oil products in America," Omnibalm president and chief executive Lydia Carson said in a statement. "These sampling events will be a great opportunity for New Yorkers to try this remarkable cream that soothes uncomfortable skin conditions on contact."
