GURNEE, Ill. — Bath and beauty supplier EcoTools this spring plans to roll out new items, along with a new look and revised sets, for its popular Alicia Silverstone collection.
The eco-friendly brand, part of Paris Presents Inc., is slated to introduce three new additions and three revised sets to the EcoTools by Alicia Silverstone collection in April, to be available at Walmart, Target and Walgreens.
With a modern take on "going green" that features soothing lavender, mint green and Silverstone’s favorite flowers, the new collection offers bags for storing and transporting tools, as well as brushes to recreate her signature fresh face. The carriers are made of earth-friendly materials such as natural hemp, recycled PET, non-toxic ink and tree-free paper.
Made with a premium blend of embroidery, soft print, and textured material, the sustainable sets preserve the earth without sacrificing visual appeal, according to EcoTools. The compact Deluxe Pencil Case ($7.99) has a removable interior case, three storage pockets and space for five brushes. The Hanging Valet ($15.99) tri-fold bag has three zippered compartments, including one removable bag, plus a secure hanging hook.
The 4-Piece Backstage Vanity Brush Set ($12.99) includes a convenient countertop brush holder stocked with the Finishing Brush, Angled Eyeshadow Brush, and Lash and Brow Groomer. And EcoTools said the revised 6-Piece Brush Set and Bag ($14.99) now holds more of Silverstone’s favorite, cruelty-free brushes — the Blush Brush, Mini Foundation Brush, Mini Powder Brush, Detailed Eye Shading Brush and Spoolie Brush — along with a natural hemp brush bag.
Two of the most popular cosmetics cases from the original EcoTools by Alicia Silverstone collection have been revamped and retooled with the new floral design, the company added. The Cosmetic Bag ($8.99) and Train Case ($14.99) carry all of the necessary beauty accessories for any occasion in roomy compartments, and they are designed to easily fit into a tote bag or or suitcase.
