FORT WORTH, Texas– Texas-based ear care company, eosera, has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America, ranking No. 4,578. It is the sixth consecutive year eosera has earned a place on the list, a run the company achieved while manufacturing all its drops and sprays at its own plant in Fort Worth, Texas.
In 2025, the over-the-counter ear care category declined, while tariffs raised raw material costs and consumer spending pulled back across health and wellness. The company continued to grow its retail footprint through that period, and its products are now sold in more than 28,000 stores nationwide, including Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens.
"Anyone can grow when the economy cooperates. We grew while paying tariffs on raw materials and watching consumer sentiment soften," said Elyse Stoltz Dickerson, CEO and founder of eosera. "Six consecutive years on this list is what disciplined decisions look like when the environment gives you nothing for free."
Founded in 2015, eosera first launched its patented earwax dissolving formula, eosera EAR WAX MD. The company has since expanded across the category with eosera EAR PAIN MD and eosera EAR ITCH MD, the newly released eosera EAR PAIN MD +PLUS and eosera EAR ITCH MD +PLUS advanced formulas, eosera WAX BLASTER MD, the ear+ wellness gummy line, and SWABEEZE and STICKEEZE ear swabs. The company's roughly 44-person team, comprised of about 90% women, develops, manufactures, and ships its drops and sprays from Fort Worth.
The Inc. 5000 list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation's most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses. This year's honorees collectively generated more than $385 billion in 2025 revenue and created 627,208 jobs over the past three years.
Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala, taking place October 14 to 16 in Dallas, an hour from eosera's Fort Worth headquarters.
