IRVING, Texas — Eyad Farah, president of Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas, has left McKesson Corp. to take a role at Orsini Specialty Pharmacy.

“After almost 13 years with McKesson, I’m excited to share that I’m starting a new position as chief operating officer at Orsini Specialty Pharmacy,” Farah wrote on his social media page. “Innovative specialty drugs are providing important cures and treatments to patients each and every day, and I am thrilled to be part of an organization that is leading the way in serving these patients and making a difference, patient by patient,”
Farah was named president of Health Mart and the Health Mart Atlas pharmacy services administration organization in October 2020. His appointment was part of a restructuring designed to bring together all of the company’s assets that buttress the retail pharmacy sector. Prior to his promotion, he had led Health Mart Atlas as vice president and general manager. He said that the new structure was designed to enable the company’s clients to access McKesson’s offerings in more streamlined manner as they work to adapt to changes in the space.
