First Quality Tissue announces the location of its latest ultra-premium towel and tissue expansion

The company estimates the first paper machine to be operational in the first part of 2028.

GREAT NECK, N.Y. First Quality Tissue is pleased to announce that they have selected Defiance, Ohio for the expansion of their Ultra-Premium Towel and Tissue manufacturing operations.

As previously announced in August of last year, the company intends to install two new state-of-the-art Thru-Air-Dried (TAD) paper machines with associated converting facilities at its new campus. The company estimates the first paper machine to be operational in the first part of 2028.

This expansion demonstrates First Quality’s continuing commitment to satisfying the needs of the market and the growing demands of the consumers. This strategic initiative will enable the company to continue to be a leader in providing ultra-premium tissue and towel to support the long-term growth of its customers.
