MIAMA LAKES, Fla. — Fuse Science Inc. has landed retail distribution for its lineup of energy products at Discount Drug Mart.
The company said Tuesday that it has shipped its products to Discount Drug Mart’s 71 stores in Ohio.
Plans call for the regional drug chain to carry Fuse’s EnerJel topical muscle and joint rub in the pharmacy department and offer Fuse’s PowerFuse and ElectroFuse energy formulas at checkout.
The all-natural EnerJel rub is designed to address site-specific muscle fatigue via a cutting-edge delivery system that penetrates the skin layers to deliver an energized feeling, according to Fuse.
PowerFuse and ElectroFuse, also made with natural ingredients, are touted as providing users benefits "in a single drop." Offered in Berry Blast flavor, PowerFuse has less than half the caffeine of an eight-ounce cup of premium coffee and is formulated for optimal absorption, enabling users to feel energized and able to perform at their best throughout the game, workout or day, the company said. ElectroFuse, available in Salty Sweet flavor, allows for optimal absorption of the electrolytes for more immediate replenishment and effect.
Both PowerFuse and ElectroFuse have zero calories and no "sugar crash" and are best used before a workout or a game, according to Fuse.
