WASHINGTON — The Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) has appointed Hannah Seitzinger as Director of State Government Affairs. In her new role, Seitzinger will represent HDA’s healthcare distributor members across multiple Midwestern states and report to Leah Lindahl, Vice President of State Government Affairs.
“Hannah’s strong background in government relations and legislative work will greatly benefit HDA and our healthcare distributor members,” said Ms. Lindahl. “In particular, her experience working directly with legislators in the Minnesota State Senate and advocating on issues in the healthcare industry makes her a perfect fit for the role. We are excited to have her on the team as we work collectively to promote the role and value of HDA’s 37 distributor members.”
Seitzinger previously served as Government Relations Manager of Public Policy and Government Relations for Medica in Minnetonka, Minn. Earlier in her career, she held legislative and communications roles in the Minnesota Senate, working with the Committee on Aging and Long-Term Care and the office of Senator Paul Utke (R-Senate District 5). She also clerked in the Minnesota Tenth Judicial District.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Seitzinger brings extensive policy and healthcare advocacy experience to her new position with HDA.
