HealthSource Marketing appoints marketing manager

BUFFALO, N.Y. — John Granelli has joined HealthSource Marketing LLC as a marketing manager, charged with development of regional and national accounts.

HealthSource said Wednesday that Granelli will be responsible for defining the execution of all marketing strategies and tactics for the business objectives of the company and its clients. The sales and marketing firm — which serves manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers in the over-the-counter health and wellness products category — noted that Granelli will work closely with clients, customers and the sales department to maximize sales opportunities.

“We view John’s brand knowledge and strategic marketing experience as valuable assets,” stated HealthSource president Jordan Stone. “I am confident that John will play a key role in helping us reach our company’s short- and long-term goals.”

Granelli brings more than 17 years of experience in consumer product development and branding to HealthSource. Most recently, he served as a product marketing manager at Eberl Iron Works. At EIW, he managed four product lines encompassing more than 4,000 SKUS under private-label and national brands.

Prior to that, Granelli was director of marketing for consumer housewares at Robinson Home Products. He marketed seven nationally licensed brands, including Oneida, Rubbermaid and Sunbeam, in the kitchen gadget category. He also was responsible for strategic business plans and the sales and profit growth of the product lines and collaborated with top retailers, HealthSource added.
