MONTCLAIR, N.J. — Hello Products announces the launch of its latest innovation, an on-demand mobile service that delivers “everything including the bathroom sink” to busy brushers on the go. The breakthrough service, Spyt (pronounced “spit”), features a fully-functional sink mounted to the back of a proprietary electric scooter, which will arrive stocked with naturally friendly hello toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash and floss.
Spyt will be hitting the streets in Manhattan and Brooklyn in May, with a potential roll-out to additional urban locations, festivals and events later this year. The breakthrough service will remain invite-only while in beta testing, but consumers can join the waitlist at http://www.spyt.com to stay in the loop about future Spyt-enabled locations and offerings.
The price of the service has yet to be revealed, and hello is experimenting with text-message-based service and payment models geared towards the next generation of on-the-go brushers. As part of the service, brushers will be able to try a wide range of offerings from Hello and will take home a 1oz tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush.
“Everything about the way we order food, goods, and services has changed. But while so many staples have evolved, most of us are still brushing with the same old stuff our grandparents used,” said Craig Dubitsky, Hello’s founder. “At Hello, we’re constantly thinking of ways to innovate every aspect of oral care, from the thoughtful sourcing of natural ingredients, to the way folks actually get their hands on our products, and we think Spyt is simply another way to bring more smiles to more people.”
