FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Home Diagnostics Inc. has enlisted Parago to create, implement and manage a rebate program for its roster of diabetes management products.
Home Diagnostics said Wednesday that through the Parago rebate program, it aims to incent consumers to try its diabetes testing products and ultimately adopt them — with the rebate transaction beginning a long-term relationship with the customer.
The company noted that it sought a rebate provider that could provide proof of performance and reliability, speed to fulfill rebates, top-notch customer service, and quick and easy reporting on program activity and success.
Parago, a Lewisville, Texas-based provider of rewards-based incentive solutions, is now providing rebates for Home Diagnostics’ TRUEresult, TRUE2go and TRUEtrack products, which are available in Walgreens, CVS and Rite Aid drug stores as well as at many regional and independent pharmacies and mail service providers.
"The data is clear: Parago’s rebate programs offer high customer satisfaction rates and the ability to quickly and efficiently reward customers," a Home Diagnostics spokesperson stated.
"With Home Diagnostics’ prior fulfillment company, we were receiving a significant volume of calls into headquarters," the spokesperson explained. "With Parago, we have seen more than a 90% drop in calls to headquarters. We selected Parago because of its exceptional customer service and inclusion of a web portal that allows us to effortlessly review and track rebates fulfilled. This rebate program has already demonstrated great results, both enticing new customers and pleasing our loyal existing customer base."
Home Diagnostics’ product line includes TRUE2go, TRUEresult, TRUEtrack, TRUEbalance, Sidekick, TRUEread and Prestige IQ blood glucose monitoring systems.
