SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Hundred Health has launched an integrated health platform and mobile app designed to shift consumers from reactive care to proactive, personalized health management through structured 100-day action plans.
The platform consolidates a user’s complete health history, over 160 advanced lab tests, wearable data, and lifestyle inputs into evidence-based protocols focused on measurable improvement. Hundred connects with more than 300 electronic medical record systems and integrates data from wearables like Oura, WHOOP, and Apple Fitness to create a comprehensive health baseline.
Founded by Tyler Smith, Hundred Health aims to address what the company describes as a gap between data access and actionable guidance. “There’s a huge difference between knowing your numbers and knowing how to act on them,” Smith said. “Hundred turns complex health data into a clear, personalized plan that helps people make incremental changes that compound over time.”
Each 100-day protocol offers guidance on nutrition, exercise, recovery, and supplementation, with recommendations reviewed by clinicians and based on current scientific research. The company stated that the 100-day timeframe is designed to keep programs manageable while allowing users to track progress and make adjustments.
Hundred also offers members discounted access to third-party-tested supplements from brands like Thorne and Momentous, with protocols that usually feature up to six recommended supplements, along with timing and dosage instructions.
“Most people want to feel good and maintain their wellbeing long before something goes wrong,” said Sonny Mayugba, chief commercial officer at Hundred Health. “We’re putting clinical depth directly into consumers’ hands in a way that is clear, personal, and accessible.”
The service costs $499 per year and offers over 160 lab tests annually, scheduled in two testing windows. You can get tested through in-lab visits at more than 5,000 partner locations or opt for in-home phlebotomy for an extra fee. Results interpretation and personalized protocols are included.
Hundred Health stated that the platform is created to assist consumers between doctor visits by helping them be more informed and engaged in their care.
