Kenvue names Russell Dyer chief corporate affairs officer

Kenvue announced today that will join the organization as chief corporate affairs officer next month. With decades of experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, Dyer will serve as a member of the Kenvue leadership team, reporting to Kenvue Chief Executive Officer, Thibaut Mongon.

SKILLMAN, N.J. — Kenvue announced today that will join the organization as chief corporate affairs officer next month.

With decades of experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, Dyer will serve as a member of the Kenvue leadership team, reporting to Kenvue Chief Executive Officer, Thibaut Mongon. He will lead the company’s Global Corporate Affairs function, inclusive of communications, government & public affairs, and social impact, and be responsible for driving impact for Kenvue and its iconic portfolio of brands across a diverse set of stakeholders, including approximately 22,000 Kenvuers around the world.

Dyer joins Kenvue from Mondelēz International, where he held progressive leadership positions since 2015 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer and Head of Public & Government Affairs. Before joining Mondelēz International, he served as Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Kraft Foods Group, prior to the company’s merger with The H.J. Heinz Company, and as Director in the consumer practice at public relations agency Weber Shandwick, responsible for developing strategic public relations, social media, and integrated marketing programming for a wide range of consumer brands and several top-tier CPG companies. Dyer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Communications from Boston College.

Dyer’s appointment will be effective May 13, 2024. He will be based in New Jersey.
