Kenvue appoints Penelope Giraud, president of Skin Health & Beauty, Asia Pacific and Latin America

She is joining Kenvue from L’Oreal, where she has spent the past 23 years focused on skincare and beauty, with strong expertise in dermatological skincare, health care professional engagement, marketing and digital strategies.

SKILLMAN, N.J. – Kenvue has announced the appointment of Penelope Giraud to the role of president, Skin Health & Beauty for Asia Pacific and Latin America, leading the strategic direction of our iconic portfolio of brands, including Neutrogena, Aveeno, and Dr. Ci Labo in the regions.

She is joining Kenvue from L’Oreal, where she has spent the past 23 years focused on skincare and beauty, with strong expertise in dermatological skincare, health care professional engagement, marketing and digital strategies. At L’Oreal, Penelope led the global team responsible for the integration of the CeraVe® brand into the portfolio, defining a profitable and successful business model and best-in-class global digital and healthcare professional strategy that has resulted in the brand’s unprecedented growth.

Further, Penelope led the La Roche-Posay brand in the United States. Under her leadership, the brand became a Top 5 brand in the region and one of  the fastest growing brands in skincare. Prior to joining L’Oreal, she spent time at both Danone and Nestle, in marketing roles of increasing responsibility in the food and supplements space.
