Going beyond CRM, Fusion blends dozens of technologies with workflows customized for patient support services, and the platform’s proprietary, advanced data model allows Lash Group to provide a personalized and seamless experience for patients, providers and manufacturers, according to the company.

“Pharmaceutical manufacturers face a growing array of new challenges in the market. Intense competition, rising commercialization costs, disaggregated data, consumerism and a shift to value-based care are key issues that complicate the commercialization process,” explained Jim Cleary, group president of global commercialization services and animal health at AmerisourceBergen. “Fusion enables Lash Group to provide greater support to manufacturers while also increasing efficiency and providing a more comprehensive set of services throughout the patient journey and product life-cycle.”

Lash Group said Fusion, developed with a network of technology partners, steps up speed to therapy by leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence for benefit verification and multichannel communication capabilities to remove common barriers to therapy. Meanwhile, Fusion technologies like computer telephony integration create a simpler, more intuitive set of interactions, enabling patients and providers to access the right information faster and receive a more personalized experience.

Perhaps most important, Fusion generates actionable insights to help bolster patient support. The platform accomplishes this via strong quality data management, real-time reports and dashboards, targeted analytics available through mobile devices, competitive intelligence and a more holistic view of the patient experience — at a moment’s notice, Lash Group said.
