Walgreen Co. and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation have finalized a transaction that gives the drug chain a significant ownership stake in Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Pharmacy LLC, a newly formed specialty pharmacy for the disease. Terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed.
