NEW YORK — Farmacy Beauty has named Lauren Lovelady as chief executive officer, effective March 1, marking a pivotal moment for the clean skincare brand as it accelerates global expansion and innovation. Lovelady will continue in her role as founder and CEO of Each & Every, the clean personal care brand she launched in 2018.

A seasoned brand builder with deep roots in both legacy and emerging beauty, Lovelady brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial vision to Farmacy. As CEO, she will lead the brand’s strategic direction, product innovation, and international growth, building on its reputation for combining farm-grown ingredients with science-backed formulations.
Prior to founding Each & Every, Lovelady spent a decade at Procter & Gamble, where she led major deodorant brands including Secret and Old Spice. During that time, she identified a whitespace in the natural personal care market—an insight that ultimately led to the creation of Each & Every, a brand designed to elevate everyday routines through sensorial, ingredient-conscious formulations.
“I’m incredibly honored to join Farmacy Beauty at such an exciting moment for the brand,” said Lovelady. “What has always set Farmacy apart is its ability to harness the power of natural ingredients and elevate them through cutting-edge science. My belief in the power of natural ingredients has shaped how I approach brand building and product creation, and I’m excited to build on that foundation—scaling globally while deepening our connection with a community that values thoughtful, high-performing skincare.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome Lauren as CEO of Farmacy Beauty as the brand enters its next chapter of growth and innovation,” said John Brownlee, CEO of P&G Specialty Beauty. “She brings deep brand-building expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven track record of creating purpose-driven brands that resonate with today’s consumer. From leading iconic brands like Secret and Old Spice to founding Each & Every, Lauren has consistently translated consumer insight into meaningful innovation.”
Originally from Alabama, Lovelady began her career in finance at JP Morgan and Procter & Gamble before transitioning into brand management. She holds a degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Alabama and is currently based in New York City.
With Lovelady at the helm, Farmacy Beauty is poised to build on its strong foundation and further define the future of clean, efficacious skincare.
