Maesa names Erin Keating chief customer officer

Maesa, the largest global beauty incubator majority owned by Bain Capital, announced  the newest C-suite hire to expand the company’s talented and diverse leadership team.  Erin Keating will join Maesa as chief customer officer effective May 8th.

NEW YORK — Maesa, the largest global beauty incubator majority owned by Bain Capital, announced  the newest C-suite hire to expand the company’s talented and diverse leadership team.  Erin Keating will join Maesa as chief customer officer effective May 8th.  Keating  will lead Maesa’s Sales team and report directly to the CEO, Piyush Jain.

Keating brings a wide range of business and talent development expertise that will amplify Maesa’s vision and growth. Most recently, she led the Target team for Unilever  across beauty, personal care, home care, nutrition, and ice cream. Her keen  knowledge of trade marketing, category management, strategy, and operations drove  significant growth for the business.
