CHICAGO — Mars Food & Nutrition who announced Eric Huston’s appointment to Vice President of Sales for North America. He has been with Mars for seven years, the last three of which he spent leading the Mars Food & Nutrition sales team in Canada. Hutson will be taking over for Edward Taylor who previously held the position.

Under Eric’s leadership, the Mars Food & Nutrition Canadian sales team consistently exceeded growth rates in the category. Additionally, Eric led the Mars Food & Nutrition Canada business to serve as a successful test and learn ground for the Food & Nutrition North America region, launching differentiated innovations including Family Pack, new rice flavor varieties, Ben’s Original Organic and Tasty Bite entrées.
Prior to his time at Mars, he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Procter & Gamble and Heinz Pet Products. He will relocate to Chicago for the role.
