STOCKHOLM, Sweden — Moberg Pharma AB has named Jeff Vernimb as general manager of its U.S. operations.
The Sweden-based pharmaceutical company said Thursday that Vernimb’s appointment, effective Dec. 15, also makes him a member of Moberg’s management team.
Vernimb brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer health products marketing and sales to Moberg. He joins the company from Insight Pharmaceuticals, where he served as vice president of sales and as a member of the senior management team.
Before Insight, Vernimb held senior-level positions at Dynova Laboratories, Cardinal Health, Novartis Consumer and Pfizer/Warner Lambert.
Moberg noted that his experience includes extensive brand management, prescription to over-the-counter product switchs, and customer marketing roles. He began his career in sales at The Mennen Co.

Moberg’s OTC product roster includes the brands Kerasal, Jointflex, Kerasal Nail, Domeboro, Vanquish and Fergon.
