WOONSOCKET, R.I. — Over a dozen Rite Aid locations across Oregon will become CVS pharmacies by the end of September as Rite Aid winds down its business for good. These stores are part of the 63 locations CVS had planned to acquire in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, as announced in May.

After filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May — the second time in two years — Rite Aid announced plans to close nearly all of its stores across the country. The company plans to transfer prescriptions from many of its shuttered locations to competitor chains.
Below is the list of Rite Aid stores the company is planning to purchase and convert to CVS Pharmacy in Oregon. Note, all are subject to customary closing conditions.
