CHICAGO — As Lollapalooza 2026 prepares to welcome more than 450,000 attendees to Chicago next weekend, Neutrogena is making its festival debut as the event's inaugural official skin care and sun care sponsor, bringing a range of activations designed to keep concertgoers protected, hydrated and refreshed throughout the four-day event.

The sponsorship marks a significant cultural marketing opportunity for the Johnson & Johnson brand, highlighting its Hydro Boost Water Gel and Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Face SPF products as an essential skincare pairing for festivalgoers spending long hours outdoors.
Neutrogena's presence will extend well beyond the festival grounds, with a citywide campaign that includes outdoor advertising, consumer experiences, product sampling and influencer engagement. The brand's messaging will be prominently displayed throughout Chicago, featuring ambassador Tate McRae in high-visibility placements along the Chicago River, including water taxi advertising and digital displays across the city's transit system.
At the festival itself, attendees will have access to six Neutrogena sunscreen stations dispensing Beach Defense SPF 70 sunscreen. The stations will collectively provide 180 gallons of sunscreen, allowing festivalgoers to reapply protection throughout the weekend.
Neutrogena also will introduce the Hydro Boost Juicy Lab, an air-conditioned activation space designed to offer attendees a moment to cool off while learning about the brand's Hydro Boost lineup. Visitors can receive product samples, take photos and explore skincare offerings during the festival.
In addition to its on-site activations, Neutrogena will host a Recharge & Glow Lounge where invited guests can preview new Hydro Boost products, including Hydro Boost Eye Hydro Gel Eye Patches and Hydro Boost Rejuvenating Serum.

The brand also plans a sunset welcome party for more than 120 invited guests, combining product experiences with brand storytelling. To drive product trial, Neutrogena expects to distribute approximately 4,000 samples of its Hydro Boost Water Gel throughout the weekend.
Content creators will be embedded with the brand throughout the event, sharing behind-the-scenes coverage and documenting Neutrogena's festival activities across social media platforms.
Beyond Lollapalooza, Neutrogena will launch a Record Store Pop-Up in the Chicago area during festival weekend. The experience will feature music-inspired activations, branded merchandise and opportunities for consumers to sample the new Hydro Boost Ultra Hydrating Serum alongside the brand's popular Hydro Boost Water Gel.
With activations spanning the festival grounds and the city itself, Neutrogena's first Lollapalooza sponsorship aims to position skincare and sun protection as must-have essentials for music fans navigating one of the country's largest festival weekends.
