MIAMI LAKES, Fla. — Fuse Science Inc. has landed retail distribution for its PowerFuse and ElectroFuse dietary supplements at Walgreens stores nationwide.
The company said Thursday that initial product distribution began in mid-April at leading Walgreens stores near Augusta, Ga. The PowerFuse and ElectroFuse end-cap displays featured Tiger Woods in support of the Masters Golf tournament, and they currently showcase NFL All-Pro Arian Foster and Major League Baseball superstar David Ortiz.
The next scheduled retail product integration is slated for select Walgreens stores surrounding the Players Championship Tournament, which runs May 9 to 12 at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Verde, Fla.
Fuse Science said its distribution strategy focuses on rolling out products at Walgreens locations near select PGA tournaments around the country up until, and including, the 2013 U.S. Open in June.

"We’ve been working extremely hard in establishing the right alliances with strong financial terms to ensure the success of the consumer business. This distribution agreement, and others we expect to announce in the future, reflects a milestone for the retail distribution of our products that we believe will set the stage for the ramp-up of revenue generation and substantial growth of Fuse Science."
PowerFuse, an energy formula, and ElectroFuse, an electrolyte formula, both feature Fuse Science’s innovative "DROP" delivery technology. Users just twist open the tub and then squeeze the entire ampule into their mouth to ingest the formula. The products, also sold via Walgreens’ drugstore.com online retail unit, are touted as "All The Energy You Need In A Single Drop" and "All The Electrolytes You Need In A Single Drop," respectively.
