Ali Kell, Strategy Manager for Health and Beauty Care Merchandising at Kroger, leads initiatives supporting key health programs for the retailer, including benefit card acceptance and GLP-1 access. She has over 11 years of experience with Kroger in category management, consulting, and loyalty strategy.

Craig Gates, Director of Customer Development at Kenvue, has nearly 20 years of experience within the J&J/Kenvue organization, spanning finance, marketing and customer development. He currently oversees the CVS Self Care, Baby, and Wound Care teams and has led significant category growth and talent development within the company.
