SHELTON, Conn. — Schick is asking consumers to vote on new Intuition razor handle designs created by top fashion blogger Kelly Framel.

The Energizer Personal Care shaving brand said Wednesday that for the past three years, Schick Intuition has released summer handles with designs that "add a splash of fun to the consumers’ shower experience."

For 2012, Framel — who is the creator of the blog TheGlamourai.com — came up with three designs for Schick Intuition Naturals razors. And through May 26, consumers can visit the Schick Intuition Facebook page and view the original designs ("Le Fleur," "Le Love" and "Le Plume"). After "liking" the page, fans can select their choice for next year’s Intuition handle.

"We really wanted our loyal consumers to have a say in what the design of our Limited Edition handle would be," stated Chit Itchon, senior brand manager for Schick Intuition. "Kelly created great designs for us, and we are excited to see how the consumers vote."

In addition, consumers can also enter the Schick Intuition Summer Essentials Sweepstakes. Three winners will receive The Glamourai’s top five summer essentials, which includes everything from stylish sunglasses to a "must-have" beach tote to the new Schick Intuition Naturals razor.

"We are very excited to partner with The Glamourai on our first-ever consumer-voted Limited Edition design contest," added Itchon. "Our consumer is on-the-go and looks to Intuition to provide her with a product that simplifies her life and leaves her legs silky smooth. Now with Kelly’s help, we are bringing a little fashion into her shower routine, too."

Framel commented, "I’m extremely thrilled to partner with Schick Intuition to design their 2012 Limited Edition Naturals handle. It’s always fun to bring fashion and style into all aspects of your life, and these stylish razor handles will allow women to do just that."
