DETROIT— Stars + Honey, the collagen protein bar brand redefining what nutrition can taste like, today announced its brick-and-mortar expansion into Target stores nationwide. The launch follows a $24 million growth equity investment in Stars + Honey from VMG Partners and a year of 300% growth.
Each bar delivers 15g of protein, collagen peptides, 190 calories, and only 4g of sugar. Stars + Honey was founded to provide consumers with a snack alternative that doesn’t compromise on ingredients, taste, or integrity. Formulated with Type I and Type III grass-fed bovine collagen peptides, Stars + Honey supports skin elasticity, hair health, muscle growth, and joint comfort — benefits that extend beyond macro counts. Free from gluten, dairy, soy, sugar alcohols, and seed oils, each bar is crafted with dessert-forward flavors designed to make eating healthy something to look forward to.

Target will carry four of the 18 Stars + Honey flavors — Dark Chocolate Coconut, Cacao Salt Caramel Peanut, Cherry Chocolate Waffle Cone, and Espresso Vanilla Cinnamon — and will be the first retailer to offer individual bars as well as a five-pack.
