SHELTON, Conn. — TABS Analytics has acquired Pivotstream Inc., a Seattle-based global data analytics firm.
Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. In announcing the deal this week, TABS said the Pivotstream platform will be a core component of its service offerings going forward.

A cloud-based business intelligence firm specializing in the CPG space, Pivotstream has strong ties to the wine and spirits industry, with three of the top U.S. distributors as clients, TABS noted.
“Pivotstream greatly enhances our technology and business intelligence capabilities,” stated Kurt Jetta, chief executive officer of TABS Analytics. “The combination of massive data scale, end-user self-service BI and analytics capabilities against large data sets will enable TABS’ current and future clients to amplify the ROI on their data and intelligence investments.”
Both TABS and Pivotstream are original members of the Nielsen Connected Partners Program.
