Walgreens tops Q4 earnings and revenue estimates
Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading Monday after the company reported fourth-quarter earnings and sales that beat expectations. The pharmacy retailer’s net income totaled $677 million, or 75 cents per share, down from $1.51 billion, or $1.55 per share, last year.
