AmerisourceBergen Corp. plans to sell AndersonBrecon, its contract packaging business, to an investor group led by Frazier Healthcare in a $308 million cash deal. The agreement, announced Tuesday, marks the second divestiture by AmerisourceBergen within less than a week.
