RHINEBECK, N.Y. — Topical BioMedics is making its Topricin homeopathic pain relief and healing cream available in a new trial size.

Homepathic topical pain reliever Topricin now comes in a new trial size.

The company said Saturday that for a limited time, consumers also can get the 3/4-ounce trial-size tube of Topricin free, paying $3.95 for shipping and handling.

According to Topical BioMedics, Topricin represents a new healing technology that bridges conventional care and natural medicine. The topical pain reliever’s biomedicines are designed to match the molecular size of the body’s natural healing chemistries and are readily absorbed through the skin and deep into the affected area.

The combination of medicines supports the healing process by stimulating lymphatic drainage of toxins and fluid build-up from the affected area, while relaxing the capillaries to restore oxygen-rich blood flow to the cells, the company said. The pain relief is the result of enhancing the healing process so the body can address and repair the cause of the pain.

"I’m not a proponent of pharmaceutical or over-the-counter medications, which only mask pain symptoms and may have deadly side effects," stated Lou Paradise, president and chief of research at Topical BioMedics. Paradise invented Topricin to heal injuries sustained by serving two tours of duty as a decorated Marine Corps combat/rescue helicopter medivac crew chief. "Pain is quite simply the body’s way of telling us there is a problem, and healing is the body’s way of fixing the problem. Sometimes it needs some assistance in stimulating and supporting this natural healing process."

The company added that Topricin won’t interfere with other medications and that it’s safe for all ages and skin types. The topical analgesic also is patented for the relief of pain associated with neuropathy and fibromyalgia, and it’s safe for diabetics and pregnant and nursing women.

"We know many people have acute and chronic pain issues and want to get Topricin into their hands so they can experience a new way of treating their pain symptoms — without chemicals, parabens, petroleum, or side effects," Paradise commented.

Topricin is available in pharmacies, natural food stores and other retailers nationwide, including Whole Foods, Vitamin Shoppe, Vitamin World, Duane Reade, Fred Meyer, Wegmans.
