upcoming events for pharmacists and pharmacy team members:

  • June 14 – Quick Peer-Proven Strategies for Boosting Your Vaccine Revenue, part of our Rapid Relief Revenue Learning Hour initiative. A panel of experts will share their insights and experience to help pharmacy teams increase vaccine revenue with simple, easy-to-implement strategies, including tips for scheduling, marketing, and billing these services and engaging with patients. Learn more and register.
  • June 15 – Registration opens for the NCPA 2023 Annual Convention and Expo. The convention will be held Oct. 14-17 in Orlando. Learn more.
  • June 15 – NCPA Innovation Center/CPESN® Community Pharmacy Fellowship online open house. The fellowship, sponsored by Good Neighbor Pharmacy, is an intensive 12-month training program aiming to help pharmacy teams grow non-PBM revenue streams and advance practice transformation. Fellows from NCPA-member pharmacies may be eligible to receive half of their tuition cost back after completing the program, courtesy of Merck Co. Learn more during this live general interest meeting. Fellowship enrollment ends July 31.
  • June 21-22 – Pharmacy Ownership Workshop, sponsored by McKesson, in Las Vegas. This is a can’t-miss program for new pharmacy owners, those planning to someday open their own store, and those considering taking the next step in the industry. Learn more and register.

NCPA also offers a variety of on-demand programs available to pharmacy teams to take on their own schedule. Recent additions include webinars related to the upcoming “DIR hangover,” when pharmacy cash flow might get tricky as new rules take effect relating to pharmacy direct and indirect remuneration.
