"Vicks is looking forward to working with the NFL and recognizing fans who are as dedicated to the game of football as we are to providing cold and flu symptom relief products that help keep players and fans in the game," commented Andy Cipra, brand manager for Vicks. "Vicks DayQuil and Vicks NyQuil help to relieve cold and flu symptoms, so even if someone isn’t feeling well, they can still live their life."

Fans can now go to Facebook.com/NyQuil to vote for the finalist they feel is the most dedicated fan and should win the trip to this season’s Super Bowl. "I’ve learned that in the NFL there no sick days for players or true football fans," Brees said in a statement. "Since fans are such an important part of the game, I’m excited to help Vicks reward those who don’t miss a moment of the season with the Search for the Most Dedicated NFL Fan contest."
