She joins a distinguished team of 21 medically esteemed breast cancer physicians, and—alongside Walgreens specialty Pharmacist Alex Cosimano—makes pharmacy representation in LLL’s advisory board uniquely impactful for patients everywhere. This collaboration builds on Walgreens’ nearly four years of partnership with Learn Look Locate, expanding specialty pharmacy resources and advancing global education for patients navigating the complexities of cancer treatment and survivorship.
Thanks to Laly Havern’s vision and deep understanding of critical gaps in care, the unique Walgreens–Learn Look Locate collaboration exists today, transforming how breast cancer patients have access to timely, vital education and support for fertility preservation before treatment begins. Her leadership has expanded fertility preservation support to over 60 Walgreens specialty pharmacy locations, making proactive counseling as a national standard in oncology care.
