Walmart opens London office to support European sellers

The new office will provide onboarding assistance, tools, and fulfillment services, giving U.K. and European businesses the opportunity to reach millions of Walmart shoppers worldwide.

BENTONVILLE, Ark. and LONDON — Walmart is expanding its global Marketplace by actively recruiting U.K. and European sellers, giving them the chance to sell directly to customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Chile.

The retail giant will host its U.K. Seller Summit in London on Sept. 9, 2025, where attendees will receive localized guidance for European sellers, insights into cross-border growth, and hands-on support from Walmart experts and solution providers. Breakout sessions will highlight seller success stories, and participants will gain direct access to trusted partners.

Walmart has also opened a dedicated seller office in London to provide onboarding support and guidance to its sellers. Approved sellers will be able to access Walmart Fulfillment Services and the company’s extensive supply chain, offering fast shipping to U.S. customers — including two-day delivery — and competitive fulfillment solutions in Mexico, Canada, and Chile.

Andrea Albright, executive vice president and chief growth officer for Walmart International, emphasized the opportunity for European businesses:

“U.K and European businesses have a well-earned reputation for quality, innovation and exceptional design. By partnering with Walmart, sellers can bring those strengths to millions of customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Chile — all with the speed, scale and support that only Walmart can provide. We’re excited to work side-by-side with these sellers to unlock new opportunities and help them grow faster than ever before.”

Walmart Marketplace already serves millions of shoppers weekly across its global network of 10,750 stores and e-commerce sites. With the new push, U.K. sellers will gain a powerful entry point to scale internationally and connect with millions of new customers.

Among the world-class tools available to help sellers streamline cross-border operations and grow their stateside business is Walmart Fulfillment Servicesopens in a new tab. It allows sellers to use Walmart’s market-leading U.S. supply chain infrastructure and expertise to offer two-day* delivery to most of the U.S. Sellers may also access marketplace platform tools that help them speed up processes, identify growth opportunities and manage promotions and feedback.

*Two-day shipping is provided anywhere in the contiguous U.S. but is not guaranteed during peak season (October-December)
