INDIANAPOLIS — Wolters Kluwer Health has released Medi-Span Price Rx Pro Plus, a new offering in its suite of Price Rx solutions.
The health care information services firm said Thursday that Price Rx Pro Plus offers multiple daily alerts on prescription drug pricing and product information, giving users access to timely industry knowledge.
With Price Rx Pro Plus, a web-based price analysis and reference information application, customers can get multiple daily alerts and updates on pricing and product information to sharpen workflow and decision-making.
For example, Wolters Kluwer Health said, Price Rx Pro Plus enables efficient drug price tracking and drug price forecasting for retail pharmacies and enhances drug wholesaler buying decisions.
The application, too, optimizes drug formularies and related drug spend for pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and health insurers and aids in competitive positioning and pricing decisions made by pharmaceutical, biotechnology and associated medical manufacturers.
