Perrigo Co. plc plans to acquire the women’s health care business of Lumara Health Inc. Perrigo said Tuesday that the $82 million cash deal expands its specialty drug portfolio to include extended topical products in the women’s health.

Walmart settles on name for small-format stores

Walmart is rebranding its Walmart Express store format to Walmart Neighborhood Market. That means the 21 Walmart Express stores now in business and others in development will become Neighborhood Markets. The change was announced earlier this month.
