Walgreens taps executive for CCR

In another round of executive changes at Walgreen Co., Mike Arnoult has been appointed vice president of Customer-Centric Retailing (CCR), the retailer’s store optimization initiative. As the head of CCR, Arnoult replaces Chong Bang, who left in December to join Shoppers Drug Mart.

Walgreens to sell new Skinvisible antiseptic

Skinvisible Pharmaceuticals Inc. licensee JD Nelson & Associates has entered into a distribution agreement with Walgreen Co. to carry its Safe4Hours First Aid Antiseptic Skin Protectant in the chain’s drug stores. JD Nelson currently licenses Safe4Hours Hand Sanitizer from Skinvisible.
